Prathipadu Assembly constituency is a SC (Scheduled Caste) reserved constituency of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, India. It is one of 17 constituencies in the Guntur district.

It is part of the Guntur Lok Sabha constituency along with another six Vidhan Sabha segments. It formed with five mandals in 2009 namely, Guntur mandal (except municipal corporation), Kakumanu, Prathipadu, Pedananadipadu, Vatticherukuru.
