Poortwachter is a Metro Station in south Amsterdam on line 51. It was the terminus of line 51 until September 2004, when the extension to Westwijk tram stop was opened.

In November 2017, a departures board was installed at Poortwachter, in the direction of Amsterdam Centraal.
