Mănăstirea Humorului (German: Humora Kloster) is a commune located in Suceava County, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Mănăstirea Humorului, Pleșa and Poiana Micului. The 16th-century Humor Monastery is located in the commune.
At the 2011 census, 79.3% of inhabitants were Romanians, 19.6% Poles and 1% Germans.
