Pine Level Charted 1872 is a town in Johnston County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 1,700 at the 2010 Census. Pine Level is located 35 miles east of Raleigh, the state capital.
Incorporated in 1873 Pine Level is located at 35°30′37″N 78°14′45″W / 35.51028°N 78.24583°W (35.510176, -78.245885).
