Pine Lakes is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lake County, Florida, United States. The population was 755 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.7 square miles (4.4 km2), of which 1.5 square miles (3.9 km2) is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 km2) (10.40%) is water.
