Pine Grove Township is a township in Warren County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. As of the 2000 census, the township population was 2,712.
The Guy C. Irvine House was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 40.0 square miles (103.5 km²), of which, 39.7 square miles (102.8 km²) of it is land and 0.3 square miles (0.7 km²) of it (0.68%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 2,712 people, 1,084 households, and 822 families residing in the township. The population density was 68.4 people per square mile (26.4/km²). There were 1,193 housing units at an average density of 30.1/sq mi (11.6/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 98.60% White, 0.11% African American, 0.18% Native American, 0.55% Asian, 0.07% from other races, and 0.48% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.26% of the population.
There were 1,084 households out of which 31.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.8% were married couples living together, 5.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.1% were non-families. 20.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.50 and the average family size was 2.89.
