The Phlegra Montes is a system of mountains in the Cebrenia quadrangle of Mars, located at 40.4 degrees north latitude and 163.71 degrees east longitude. They are 1,350 km across and were named after a classical albedo feature name. They form a complex system of isolated hills, ridges, and small basins, and it was suggested they have endogenic tectonic origin. The term "Montes" is used for mountains.
The mountain range begins north of Lockyer Crater and near Adams Crater. One portion of the range is isolated in the area north of Adams Crater. Halfway is in the area where Tyndall crater is located. The range ends at around 250 km south-southwest of Stokes.
Most of the range area is surrounded by Phlegra Dorsa. East of Phlegra Montes is Arcadia Planitia.
