Petter Andersson (born 20 February 1985) is a retired Swedish footballer who played as a midfielder. He was nicknamed "Ljusvattnets Henry", which means "The Henry of Ljusvattnet".

On 1 September 2008, he signed for the Dutch club FC Groningen. He made a deal for 4 years. In January 2009, he received a knee injury in a match against AFC Ajax, which kept him off the pitch for the rest of the season. In his first match in the starting line-up in the reserves after recovering from his injury, he was again injured in the knee, having scored 1–0, after just 14 minutes of the game, which would keep him off the pitch for yet another few months. On 1 May 2011 he made his return again in an important away match against ADO Den Haag, replacing the injured Tim Matavz in the starting eleven. He scored two goals in a 2–4 win for Groningen. This time, he was not injured. Andersson was promoted to club captain following the transfer of Andreas Granqvist to Genoa at the start of the 2011–12 season.
