Pece Naumoski (Macedonian: Пеце Наумоски; born 27 August 1968) is a former Macedonian basketball player who had successful years especially in Turkey and Italy. He is a 1.94 m point-guard and a very skillful playmaker. He once served as Sport Minister of the Republic of Macedonia. He also has a Turkish passport by the name of Namık Polat, as well as Italian citizenship.
In June 2007, some Turkish newspapers claimed that Efes Pilsen is considering him as the new head coach of the club replacing Oktay Mahmuti. However, the Turkish club opted for David Blatt.
On 27 April 2015 he was selected for president of the Basketball Federation of Macedonia.
On 9 February 2017, Efes Pilsen retired his number 7 jersey.
