The Penang State Assembly Building is the meeting place of the Penang State Legislative Assembly. It is located between Light Street and Farquhar Street near Fort Cornwallis in George Town, Penang, Malaysia.

The State Assembly building dates back to the early 19th century. The building once served as the Police Central Police Station, Recorder's Court, and the Magistrate's Court. An administrative block which serves as immigration office was built to the original structure in 1890 after its renovation in 1874.

This building encompasses Classical Greek and Palladian architecture, and resembles Greek Temple with massive white colonnades supporting a large pediment.
