Pelli Sandadi is a 1996 Telugu musical romance film directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. It stars Srikanth, Ravali and Deepti Bhatnagar. This film was shot in Godavari districts of Andhra pradesh. It was a major blockbuster of the year 1996 famous for its excellent songs and amazing background score vivifying the artistic vision of the director to a brilliant effect.

Srikanth is a musician belonging to a musical family in which he had three married sisters and their husbands. All of his family is dedicated to Music. His father forces him to marry but he was in search of a girl whom he saw in a dream. He never saw her face in the dream but he saw a mole beside navel. The story continues in search of the girl. Meanwhile his father arranges his marriage with a girl by name Ravali who belongs to a nearby village. Ravali also belongs to a music family.

Meanwhile Srikanth gets a job in Ooty as a music lecturer. There he finds his dream girl Swapna Deepti Bhatnagar. He fell in love with her and proposes to her which she accepts. He comes back to home to share the news about his love but meanwhile his father arranges marriage. And the story continues. Later Swapna comes to know the person she loves and Ravali's fiance are same. Deepti and Ravali are actually sisters. Deepti Bhatnagar then sacrifies her love and informs that she has a deadly disease. She asks srikanth as a last wish to marry Ravali. Meanwhile Ravali also comes to know that Srikanth loves her sister Deepti Bhatnagar. Finally Ravali convinces her sister to marry Srikanth.

The soundtrack of the film was composed by M.M. Keeravani. Each song is set in major raagas of Carnatic music, such as Hindolam.

Keeravani poured sparkling life into the movie with his enchanting and haunting re-recording through heavy use of Saraswathi Veena & Melam, thus greatly complementing the resplendent handling of the movie by Raghavendra Rao, known as the Darsakendra of Tollywood. Esp. in scenes:

1) when Srikanth in a tearing haste rushes downstairs with great anticipation to check whether a lady whose voice he had just heard below is the same "dream girl" who keeps appearing & bewitching him in his dreams, in the process of which he accidentally tumbles down the steps knocking flower-bearing trays from the servant's hands coming in their direction - before finally meeting his Swapna-Sundari(Deepti Bhatnagar)presently being rained by the flowers sent flying from their knock and who is laughing out aloud(in Roja Ramani's voice) amused by the hero's & his sidekicks' inadvertent antics.
