Pelita Harapan University (Indonesian: Universitas Pelita Harapan, UPH) is a private Christian university located in Lippo Village (, see: Lippo Karawaci), Tangerang, Indonesia, under Pelita Harapan Education Foundation (Indonesian: Yayasan Pendidikan Pelita Harapan). It was founded in 1994. In 2007, the university opened UPH Surabaya and UPH Medan in 2014.
UPH was the first university in Indonesia to introduce programs entirely taught in English, the first to offer a liberal arts curriculum, and the first to introduce a multi-disciplinary approach to its programs.
The MYC Dormitory opened in 2006. Teacher College Dormitory opened in July 2006. Students at the university's teacher's college are assigned to this dormitory.
UPH has an affiliated secondary school, called UPH College. There is a dormitory for students of the school.
Winning basketball team is UPH LIMA. During two seasons in the years 2015 and 2016, player Rivaldo was crowned Most Valued Player (MYP).
