Peaceful Valley is a census-designated place (CDP) in Whatcom County, Washington, United States, near Kendall. The population was 3,324 at the 2010 census.
Peaceful Valley is located at 48°56′34″N 122°8′51″W / 48.94278°N 122.14750°W (48.942689, -122.147401).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 17.0 square miles (44.0 km²), of which, 16.9 square miles (43.9 km²) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.1 km²) of it (0.29%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 2,448 people, 787 households, and 571 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 144.5 people per square mile (55.8/km²).
