Paul Newlove (born 10 August 1971 in Pontefract, in the West Riding of Yorkshire) is an English former rugby league footballer of the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s. A Great Britain and England international representative, he competed in the Super League competition, featuring as a Centre. He played for the St. Helens during a successful eight-year period with the club. Newlove was a Great Britain international. Newlove also represented England at the 1995 Rugby League World Cup. Paul now works for a school full for troubled children in wakefield .

Son of John Newlove, who played in three Challenge Cup Finals at Wembley, two for Featherstone Rovers (in 1972–73 and 1973–74, and one for Hull (in 1979–80).

Paul Newlove began his career at Featherstone Rovers in 1988. Paul Newlove played Centre, i.e. number 4, in Featherstone Rovers' 14-20 defeat by Bradford Northern in the 1989 Yorkshire County Cup Final during the 1989–90 season at Headingley Rugby Stadium, Leeds on Sunday 5 November 1989. He movied on to play for Bradford Northern five years later. He won caps for Great Britain while at Featherstone Rovers in 1989 against New Zealand (sub), and New Zealand (2 matches),
