Paul Masson (11 October 1876 in Mostaganem – 30 November 1944) was a French cyclist. He competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens.

In 1895, Masson failed to be picked for the World Championships, but then later in the year he won two major races and so was picked for the national team.

Masson arrived at the 1896 Summer Olympics aged 19, and competed in three track cycling and won them all, his first event at the Neo Phaliron Velodrome was the sprint which was 2 km long or six laps of the track, there was only three other competitors in the race, the German, Joseph Rosemeyer dropped out early on, and Masson won the race by two seconds ahead of Greek, Stamatios Nikolopoulos and fellow countryman Léon Flameng. The next race for Masson was the 10 km or 30 laps of the track, in this race there was five other riders, but with both Greek riders colliding early on it was left to Masson, Léon Flameng and Austrian Adolf Schmal to battle it out, the race went right down to the line with Masson just edging out Léon Flameng, his final race was the time trial which was one lap against the clock, there was eight competitors, Masson did his lap in 24 seconds which finished two full seconds better than Stamatios Nikolopoulos, it should be noted all three race were on the same day, 11th April 1896.
