Paul Hinder, O.F.M. Cap. (born 22 April 1942) is a Roman Catholic bishop. He is the current Vicar Apostolic in the Apostolic Vicariate of Southern Arabia. Hinder was initially appointed as an Auxiliary Bishop in the former Vicariate Apostolic of Arabia on 30 January 2004.
