Patrycja Hilton (née Grzymałkiewicz; born 26 March 1980), known professionally as Pati Yang, is a Polish singer-songwriter.
Pati Yang was born in Poland in 1980. She spent the first 7 years of her life on tour, her mother's partner at the time being Jan Borysewicz. Her debut, Jaszczurka, was released by Sony Music in 1998.
She moved to London in 2001, and cooperates since then with husband Stephen Hilton. In 2003, she appeared on David Holmes' soundtrack to Michael Winterbottom’s film Code 46. In 2005, Yang returned with her second solo album, Silent Treatment. Recorded at the Air Studios in London, Silent Treatment received critical acclaim in Poland and earned Yang an invitation to support the Depeche Mode in Warsaw in 2006. Yang and Hilton also recorded an album in 2007 as FlyKKiller.
Yang's new album is due in 2017, to be released under the name Patti Yang Group.
