Pascoe Vale railway station is located on the Craigieburn line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the northern Melbourne suburb of Pascoe Vale, opening on 10 November 1885.

The railway past the site of Pascoe Vale station was opened in 1872, as part of the North East railway to Wodonga.

The original station building on Platform 1 was provided in 1886, but has since been replaced. A signal box was opened to control interlocked gates at the Gaffney Street level crossing, until boom barriers replaced them in 1965.

Pascoe Vale has two side platforms. It is serviced by Metro Trains' Craigieburn line services.
