Parsa (Vidhan Sabha constituency) (Hindi: परसा विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र) is an assembly constituency in Saran district in the Indian state of Bihar.
As per Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly constituencies Order, 2008, No. 121 Parsa (Vidhan Sabha constituency) is composed of the following: Dariapur community development block; Shankardih, Anjani, Banouta, Anyay, Baligaw, Marar, Bahar Marar and Parsouna gram panchayats of Parsa CD Block.

In the 2015 state assembly elections, Chandrika Rai of RJD won the Parsa assembly seat defeating his nearest rival Chhotelal Rai of LJP . In the 2010 and October 2005 state assembly elections, Chhotelal Rai of JD(U) won the Parsa assembly seat defeating his nearest rival Chandrika Rai of RJD. Contests in most years were multi cornered but only winners and runners are being mentioned. Chandrika Rai of RJD defeated Chhotelal Rai of JD(U) in February 2005 and Ram Nath Vidyarthi of Congress in 2000. Chandrika Rai of JD defeated Ram Nath Vidyarthi of SAP in 1995.
