Parjointco N.V. is a Dutch holding company owned in equal parts by the Dutch holding company Agesca Nederland (controlled by the Belgian businessman Albert Frère) and by Power Financial Corporation (controlled by Canadian businessman Paul Desmarais). It owns 54,1% of the Swiss holding company Pargesa Holding S.A..
