Agesca Nederland is a Dutch holding company that owns 50% of the holding Parjointco N.V. . It is owned 89,5% by Compagnie Nationale à Portefeuille, and 10,5% by the holding Frère-Bourgeois. Both of these holdings are controlled by Albert Frère and his family.
