Otago University AFC is a semi-professional association football club in Dunedin, New Zealand. The Mens First team competes in the ODT FootballSouth Premier League and the Women's First Team in the Kingsgate Hotel Women's Premier League.

The club is affiliated with the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand; it is one of the oldest clubs associated with the University of Otago, established in 1939. They are based at Logan Park in an area immediately beside the university campus, and play their home fixtures at the nearby Caledonian Ground. The club currently consists of nine teams playing in the top Footballsouth leagues. The men's first team also participates in the Chatham Cup, New Zealand's premier knockout tournament. As a member of Footballsouth, the club is also affiliated with Otago United of the ASB Premiership.

The club's most recent successes came in 2006 with the men's second team coached by Mark Schollum and James Coombes and third team coached by Richard Wright winning their respective leagues. Most notable news of late includes the foreign acquisition and subsequent loss of starlet Michael Hurley and the leading tally in disciplinary points, by quite a wide margin, courtesy of Luuk van den Berg.

The club strip is traditionally the Otago region colours of blue and varsity gold, the away strip is traditionally baby blue
