Orangeville is a village in Trumbull County, Ohio, United States. The population was 197 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Youngstown-Warren-Boardman, OH-PA Metropolitan Statistical Area.
A post office called Orangeville has been in operation since 1840. The etymology of the name Orangeville is obscure; the name may be a transfer from Orange, Connecticut.
Orangeville is located at 41°20′28″N 80°31′22″W / 41.34111°N 80.52278°W (41.341047, -80.522833). It is one of the easternmost incorporated communities in Ohio.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.16 square miles (3.00 km2), of which 0.84 square miles (2.18 km2) is land and 0.32 square miles (0.83 km2) is water.
As of the census of 2010, there were 197 people, 75 households, and 57 families residing in the village. The population density was 234.5 inhabitants per square mile (90.5/km2). There were 85 housing units at an average density of 101.2 per square mile (39.1/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 95.4% White, 1.0% African American, 0.5% Asian, 2.0% from other races, and 1.0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.0% of the population.
