Operation Texas Star was a military follow-on operation of Operation Randolph Glen in the Vietnam War in the Quang Tri Province and Thừa Thiên-Huế Province from 1 April to 5 September 1970.

The main objection of Texas Star was pacification, rural reconstruction, and development along with offensive operations against the North Vietnamese Army forces in the Quang Tri and Thua Thien provinces. One brigade retained responsibility for the pacification and development programs while the other two brigades conducted offensive operations in the western portions of the province. The operation culminated in the Battle of Fire Support Base Ripcord, which ended with the evacuation of the base on July 23, 1970.

The United States 101st Airborne Division and the Army of the Republic of Vietnam's 1st Infantry Division were the combined force for the operation.

Military Assistance Command, Vietnam concluded the operation on September 5, 1971. It claimed 1,782 enemy casualties. U.S. casualties estimated at 386 KIA and 1,978 WIA.
