Maliq-Opar is a community in the Korçë County, Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality Maliq.
The origin of the medieval Albanian noble family Muzaka, which would later rule a lordship based at Berat, is found in Opar. In his memoirs, Gjon Muzaka (fl. 1510) wrote that Opar was a village populated by Albanians fought against Slav and Ottomans, they joined the Skanderbeg army.
The masons of the area speak a unique sociolect known as Purishte.
