Omkaram is a 1997 Telugu action film directed by Upendra making his directorial debut in Telugu. The film stars Dr. Rajasekhar, Prema and Bhagyashree Patwardhan in lead roles. The film was a remake of Kannada film Om with Prema reprising her role in the remake. But the Telugu version did average success when compared to blockbuster in original version. The film was dubbed in Tamil with the same name.
The soundtrack was composed by Hamsalekha.
