Northeast Madison Township is a township in Perry County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 786 at the 2010 census.
The Waggoner Covered Bridge was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 25.8 square miles (66.8 km²), of which, 25.8 square miles (66.8 km²) of it is land and 0.04% is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 856 people, 265 households, and 215 families residing in the township. The population density was 33.2 people per square mile (12.8/km²). There were 400 housing units at an average density of 15.5/sq mi (6.0/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 90.77% White, 5.26% African American, 0.35% Native American, 0.23% Asian, 0.12% Pacific Islander, 1.75% from other races, and 1.52% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.27% of the population.
There were 265 households out of which 35.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 75.5% were married couples living together, 4.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.5% were non-families. 16.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.85 and the average family size was 3.22.
