Noam Mills (Hebrew: נעם מילס‎‎; born May 27, 1986 in Hod Hasharon) is an Israeli fencer, who competed in the individual épée event at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. She also won the bronze medal at the 2010 European Fencing Championships in Leipzig, Germany.

Mills began practicing the sport of fencing at the age of eleven, until she became a member of Hapoel Kfar Saba, a local fencing club in Israel. During her sporting career, she had won three junior national championship titles in the épée category, and in 2006, she made her international debut by winning the title at the Junior World Championships. Mills eventually won a silver medal at the 2007 Summer Universiade in Bangkok, Thailand, losing out to Ukraine's Yana Shemyakina.

Mills qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, after finishing seventh at the 2007 European Fencing Championships in Prague, Czech Republic. She also became the first female Israeli fencer to compete in the épée event at an Olympic level, despite falling shortly of the qualifying criteria by the Olympic Committee of Israel. At the Olympics, Mills faced three-time Olympic medalist Laura Flessel-Colovic of France in the first round of the competition, and suffered an anticipated defeat with a score of 8–15, failing to advance into the next round.

After the Olympics, Mills transferred to the United States to further continue her education and pursue a bachelor's degree of economics at Harvard University. During her stay, she served as the member of Harvard Women's Fencing team, followed by her second-place finish at the NCAA fencing championships for two years. In 2010, Mills made her comeback in an international level to compete at the 2010 European Fencing Championships, where she won the bronze medal in individual épée, and shared triumphs with her former rival, Flessel-Colovic.
