Ninnekah is a town in Grady County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 1,002 at the 2010 census.
Ninnekah is located in west-central Grady County at 34°57′25″N 97°56′6″W / 34.95694°N 97.93500°W (34.956883, -97.935011). It is bordered to the north by the city of Chickasha, the county seat. U.S. Route 81 passes through the town, leading north 7 miles (11 km) into Chickasha and south 32 miles (51 km) to Duncan. U.S. Route 277 splits west from US 81 in Ninnekah and leads 11 miles (18 km) to Cement. Oklahoma City is 49 miles (79 km) to the northeast via US 81 and Interstate 44.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 10.2 square miles (26.4 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 994 people, 400 households, and 304 families residing in the town. The population density was 97.7 people per square mile (37.7/km²). There were 440 housing units at an average density of 43.3 per square mile (16.7/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 89.44% White, 0.60% African American, 3.82% Native American, 0.40% Asian, 0.50% from other races, and 5.23% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.91% of the population.
