New Vineyard is a town in Franklin County, Maine, United States. The population was 757 at the 2010 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 36.22 square miles (93.81 km2), of which, 35.74 square miles (92.57 km2) of it is land and is water. The Main road running through New Vineyard is route 27. The Lake in New Vineyard is called Porter Lake.
As of the census of 2010, there were 757 people, 325 households, and 216 families residing in the town. The population density was 21.2 inhabitants per square mile (8.2/km2). There were 503 housing units at an average density of 14.1 per square mile (5.4/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 96.2% White, 0.4% Native American, 0.5% Asian, and 2.9% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.7% of the population.
There were 325 households of which 27.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.4% were married couples living together, 7.4% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 33.5% were non-families. 26.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
