Graham recorded 54 and 43 point seasons with the Riverhawks and served as assistant coach with Mercyhurst, where he played NCAA hockey.

On October 11, 2012, Graham was among forwards named to the Steelheads opening day roster. Graham retired as a player during the 2012–13 season and became an assistant coach for the Steelheads.
