Neena Gill CBE is a British Labour Party politician. She is a Member of the European Parliament for the West Midlands, having been first elected to serve from 1999 to 2009 and then re-elected in 2014.

Gill graduated with a bachelor's degree in social studies from Liverpool John Moores University in 1979, and gained a postgraduate professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Housing in 1986.

She is fluent in several Asian languages, Italian, and is currently studying French and German. Gill currently lives in Ealing, London.

Prior to becoming a Member of the European Parliament, Gill worked in social housing as the Chief Executive of ASRA Group and the Newlon Housing Group. In between her terms as an MEP, she worked in public affairs for SAS Software (2009 to 2014).

Gill is a member of the European Parliamentary Labour Party (EPLP), part of the UK delegation to the S&D Group in the European Parliament (EP). She is particularly active on financial regulation and was the rapporteur for the 2015 European Money Market Funds (MMF) Regulation.

Gill holds several positions within the European Parliament; she is Vice-Chair of the Delegation for relations with India, a Member of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs and a Member of Delegation for relations with the United States.

During her previous period in the Parliament (1999-2009) she held numerous roles, most notably Chair of the Delegation for relations with the countries of South Asia and the South Asia Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) 2004-2007, and Chair of the Delegation for relations with India 2007-2009.

Gill was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2017 New Year Honours.
