National Council on Crime and Delinquency (NCCD) is an American nonprofit social research organization founded in 1907.

For almost 100 years, National Council on Crime and Delinquency's research has informed better system responses at all points of contact.

National Council on Crime and Delinquency works to help protect children from abuse and neglect, create safe and rehabilitative justice systems for youth and adults, and address the needs of older adults and adults with disabilities. National Council on Crime and Delinquency's Children’s Research Center collaborates with jurisdictions around the world to use research to improve service delivery to children and families. National Council on Crime and Delinquency conducts qualitative and quantitative research on various issues in the child welfare, juvenile justice, education, criminal justice, and adult protective service systems. National Council on Crime and Delinquency also provides extensive training and technical assistance around these issues to a variety of stakeholders.

National Council on Crime and Delinquency has offices in Oakland, California; Madison, Wisconsin; and Washington, D.C..
