Nalhati II (community development block) (Bengali: নলহাটি II সমষ্টি উন্নয়ন ব্লক) is an administrative division in Rampurhat subdivision of Birbhum district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Nalhati police station serves this block. Headquarters of this block is at Lohapur.

Nalhati II community development block has an area of 107.52 km2.
Gram panchayats of Nalhati II block/panchayat samiti are: Bara I, Bara II, Bhaddarpur I, Bhaddarpur II, Nowapara and Sitalgram.
As per 2001 census, Nalhati II block had a total population of 106,942, out of which 54,636 were males and 52,306 were females.
