SVKM's NMIMS, formerly Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, is a deemed-to-be-university located in Vile Parle, Mumbai.
It is a multi-disciplinary University with six campuses at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Indore, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Shirpur, having 12 constituent schools that include Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture, Commerce, Business Economics, Science, Law, Aviation, Liberal Arts, Design & Distance Learning.
NMIMS was established in 1981 by Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal in Vile Parle, Mumbai as a MBA college affiliated to University of Mumbai. NMIMS was granted deemed university status by the UGC in 2003.
