N. Padmalochanan

N. Padmalochanan is a politician from Kerala, India, belonging to the Communist Party of India (Marxist). He was the former mayor of Kollam. He represents the Kureepuzha (South) ward in the Municipal Corporation, and was elected as from the ward in 2005 with 1244 votes.
