"My Plague" is a song by American metal band Slipknot, released as the third single from their second album Iowa on July 8, 2002. The song's "New Abuse Mix" was featured on the 2002 film Resident Evil.

The "New Abuse Mix" is a remixed version of the track in which the heavier, screamed layer of vocals were largely removed and replaced by a more monotone, drone-like sounding layer. The exceptions to the vocal changes lay in the final iterations of the chorus that finish out the song. Additionally, this new version of the track was cut by approximately 00:37 seconds by removing the transitional "Kill you, fuck you, I will never be you" section. Selected profanities were also replaced with less offensive phrases; for example, the phrase "...the everyday bullshit things that you have done" was substituted with the alternative, "...the everyday abusive things that you have done" and "You fucking touch me, I will rip you apart..." was replaced with "...and if you touch me, I will rip you apart...". Moreover, the whole second verse was removed as well.

The "New Abuse Mix" was also included as a bonus track on the 2011 re-release of the band's (originally released) 2001 album, Iowa.

"My Plague" was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 2003, though it lost it to Korn's "Here to Stay". The song reached number 43 in the UK Singles Chart.
