Mullin is a town in Mills County in Northwestern Central Texas. The population was 179 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.5 square miles (1.3 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 175 people, 69 households, and 48 families residing in the town. The population density was 376.5 people per square mile (146.9/km²). There were 84 housing units at an average density of 180.7/sq mi (70.5/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 90.86% White, 8.57% from other races, and 0.57% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 9.71% of the population.
There were 69 households out of which 27.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.5% were married couples living together, 7.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.4% were non-families. 26.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 15.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
