Mulberry Grove is a village in Bond County, Illinois, United States. The population was 634 at the 2010 census.

Mulberry Grove has existed under the names Bucktown, Houston and Shakerag. A post office was established in 1834, and Mulberry Grove was incorporated as a village in 1857.

According to the 2010 census, Mulberry Grove has a total area of 0.999 square miles (2.59 km²), of which 0.99 square miles (2.56 km²) (or 99.1%) is land and 0.009 square miles (0.02 km²) (or 0.9%) is water.

As of the census of 2010, there were 634 people, 286 households, and 185 families residing in the village. The population density was 680.7 people per square mile (261.7/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 96.57% White, 1.94% African American, 0.30% Native American, 0.30% Pacific Islander, and 0.89% from two or more races. There were 286 households out of which 33.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.2% were married couples living together, 12.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.0% were non-families. 29.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 17.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.35 and the average family size was 2.85.
