Monmouth Junction is an unincorporated community and census designated place (CDP) located within South Brunswick Township, in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the CDP's population was 2,887.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP had a total area of 1.483 square miles (3.842 km2), of which, 1.468 square miles (3.803 km2) of it was land and 0.015 square miles (0.039 km2) of it (1.01%) was water.
As of the 2010 United States Census, there were 2,887 people, 903 households, and 801 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,966.3 per square mile (759.2/km2). There were 919 housing units at an average density of 625.9 per square mile (241.7/km2). The racial makeup of the CDP was 57.40% (1,657) White, 6.03% (174) Black or African American, 0.24% (7) Native American, 32.91% (950) Asian, 0.00% (0) Pacific Islander, 0.97% (28) from other races, and 2.46% (71) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.95% (143) of the population.
