Mohd Nizar bin Zakaria (born 3 January 1969) is a Malaysian politician. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) party in the ruling Barisan Nasional coalition.
Nizar was elected to Parliament in the 2008 election for the UMNO held seat of Parit. In June 2010, he was a passenger on the MV Rachel Corrie when it was seized by the Israel Defense Forces while attempting to deliver supplies to Gaza.
For the 2013 election, Nizar left federal parliament to contest, and win, the Perak State Assembly seat of Belanja.
