Missouri Valley is a city in Harrison County, Iowa, United States. The population was 2,838 at the 2010 census.
Missouri Valley was laid out in 1867 when the Chicago and North Western Railway was extended to that point. The city was named after the valley of the Missouri River.

The racial makeup of the city was 97.6% White, 0.3% African American, 0.3% Native American, 0.1% Asian, 0.5% from other races, and 1.2% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.1% of the population.
