Miss Philippines Earth 2013, the 13th edition of Carousel Productions' Miss Philippines Earth, was held on May 19, 2013 at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City, Philippines. Stephany Stefanowitz, the winner of Miss Philippines Earth 2012 crowned her successor, Angelee Claudette delos Reyes, Miss Philippines Earth 2013 at the end of the pageant. The pageant has aligned itself with the 2013 declaration of the United Nations General Assembly as the "International Year of Water Cooperation." It was also the first in pageant history to use a hologram technology.

Note: The Carousel Productions has confirmed that Athina Karla Chia is the new Miss Philippines Earth Fire 2013 after Kimverlyn Suiza (The original Miss Philippines - Air 2013) has relinquished her crown due to her participation in Binibining Pilipinas 2014 which then resulted to advancing of the placements of the elemental queens (Water and Fire)
