Minnetonka Beach is a city in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 539 at the 2010 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.48 square miles (1.24 km2), of which 0.47 square miles (1.22 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) is water. County 15 serves as a main route.
As of the census of 2010, there were 539 people, 201 households, and 159 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,146.8 inhabitants per square mile (442.8/km2). There were 231 housing units at an average density of 491.5 per square mile (189.8/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 99.3% White, 0.4% Asian, and 0.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.6% of the population.
There were 201 households of which 38.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.1% were married couples living together, 3.5% had a female householder with no husband present, 2.5% had a male householder with no wife present, and 20.9% were non-families. 18.9% of all households were made up of individuals and 7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.68 and the average family size was 3.09.
