The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness (Spanish: Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Competitividad) is the Ministry of Economic and Industrial affairs and Second Vice President of the Government of Spain

When Mariano Rajoy was elected as the Prime Minister, he divided the ministry into two and appointed Luis de Guindos as the Minister of Economy and Competitiveness of Spain and Cristóbal Montoro as the Minister of Finance and Public Administrations.

The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness is a department of the General Administration responsible for suggesting and carrying out the Government policy in economic and reformative affairs in order to improve the competitiveness, the scientific research, the technological development and innovation in all areas, the commercial policy and the support to companies.

The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness is organised in the following superior bodies:
