Minister of Defence (Serbian: Министар одбране / Ministar odbrane) is the person in charge of the Ministry of Defence of Serbia. The current Minister is Zoran Đorđević, since 2 March 2016.

This list includes all ministers since the dissolution of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro in 2006. For previous ministers, see Ministry of Defense (Yugoslavia). This list also includes Ministers of Defence in the early 1990s, when the position briefly existed although Serbia was not an independent country at that time.

This is a list of all the Ministers of Army (and the Acting Ministers of Army) of the Principality of Serbia and the Kingdom of Serbia from the creation of the post in 1862 to the formation of Yugoslavia after World War I, in the late 1918. The list continues as a List of Defense Ministers of Yugoslavia.
