The New South Wales Minister for Regional New South Wales, the Minister for Small Business and the Minister for Skills is a minister of the New South Wales Government within the Department of Industry, Skills and Regional Development and has responsibilities for matters relating to decentralisation, rural affairs, regional services and infrastructure in the state of New South Wales, Australia. The minister is also responsible for the state's small business policy and regulation and the further skills and training office.
The current minister, since 2 April 2015, is the Deputy Premier John Barilaro. He is assisted in this portfolio by the Minister for Trade and Industry, Niall Blair, the Minister for Energy and Utilities and Minister for Resources, Don Harwin, and the Assistant Minister for Skills, Adam Marshall, all who were sworn in with effect from 30 January 2017.
