Minatitlán is a town in the Mexican state of Colima. Its serves as the municipal seat of the surrounding Minatitlán Municipality.
The main crops grown are coffee beans, corn, mango, green tomato, rice, jalapeño chilli, orange, sugar cane, mamey sapote and other fruit trees. Minatitlán also counts with a big iron mine located at the Astilla mount, named "Peña Colorada".
