Mill Creek is a borough in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 351 at the 2000 census.
Mill Creek was named for the creek or stream on which it is located. The creek, or the stream was the main source of power for many of mills in the settlement years of 1700s and much of 1800s.

There were 139 housing units at an average density of 374.5 per square mile (145.0/km²). The racial makeup of the borough was 99.15% White, 0.28% African American, and 0.57% from two or more races.
There were 126 households, out of which 38.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.1% were married couples living together, 11.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.2% were non-families. 17.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.79 and the average family size was 3.09.
In the borough the population was spread out, with 30.2% under the age of 18, 6.8% from 18 to 24, 27.9% from 25 to 44, 19.1% from 45 to 64, and 16.0% who were 65 years of age or older.
