Mildred is a city in Allen County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 28.
Mildred was founded in 1907 when a cement plant was established there. The city was named for the daughter of J. W. Wagner a local industrialist. For much of the twentieth century, the city was served by the Missouri–Kansas–Texas Railroad, which maintained a passenger depot in the city, as well as spur lines that served the cement plant and the grain elevator.
Mildred is located at 38°1′22″N 95°10′25″W / 38.02278°N 95.17361°W (38.022777, -95.173512). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.21 square miles (0.54 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 28 people, 14 households, and 6 families residing in the city. The population density was 133.3 inhabitants per square mile (51.5/km2).
